Point of Americas II Residence
Transitional Living Room, Miami
Interior Design | Living + Dining | Photographer - Grossman Photography
The Living Room has an open floor plan with a combination of different materials, textures, and neutral colors, giving this space a warm and cozy ambiance.
The sofa and lounge chairs are pieces from the 1950s that already belonged to our clients. They were reupholstered by CasaDio to fit the color scheme and décor of the room. The coffee table is the Reclaimed Pine & Steel Clamp Coffee Table from Restoration Hardware.
The large area rug is a Bora Bora Volcano Rug by Jalan Jalan. The long cabinet across from the sofa is actually two separate pieces that we placed side by side. The pieces are the Industrial Tool Chest Media Console by Restoration Hardware.
For the window treatments we used Leoni Porridge fabric with black-out roller shades.
The track lighting on the ceiling is an 801 Track System in Black by WAC Lighting.
Lastly, we used European White Oak Wood Floors for the flooring that also runs throughout the rest of the residence.
