The toilet is Phillipe Starck's two piece (by Duravit). The two piece is slightly taller (which we needed for this space) than the one-piece.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful work. May I ask the paint color you used on wall and ceiling accent?

You did an amazing job in what looks like a small space. We are wondering what the room dimensions are as we are struggling with our own small space.

Beautiful bathroom. Very clean and simple, love the accents you used too.

How did you mount the sink to the wall?

  • PRO

The weight of the sink is largely supported by the brackets. Silicone was used to mount it to both the brackets and the wall.

I have the same question. Could it be that the room depth is greater than 45? I really would like to know if 45" is accurate.
    • ski4life

Many smaller toilets only intrude 20" into the room.

The room is 38" wide. You can guess from there - looks like the window is <1/2 the total width. Maybe make it 16" wide x 24" tall to fit within studs.

I would recommend teaching your children to pee sitting down - my husband was raised to only pee standing up when at a urinal by his European Mama and I am forever grateful. None of the males in my house would ever consider peeing standing up in their own home and I am always a little bit surprised when guests some to my home and as you put it "pee everywhere".
          • zulkiflimanaf49
Alternatively, I would recommend a rough surfaced bathroom tile, that is non-skid material for safety and practicality. This will facilitate cleaning and mopping whenever the need arises.
