By creating areas within areas, Weiss makes the most of the 1500 square loft. This is a contemporary living room in Las Vegas and a project that I worked on while with my previous employer. I was the Design Lead and Project Manager for this urban, sophisticated space.

Coated in black with the choice of gloss or matte finish, the SW-123B is one of our many larger sized slipper modern style bathtubs designed with a towel rack. This specific bathtub comes with a back wall to help support head and back while enjoying a relaxing bath. All of our bathtubs are made of durable white stone resin composite and available in a matte or glossy finish. This tub combines elegance, durability, and convenience with its high quality construction and chic modern design. This sophisticated curvy designed freestanding tub will surely be the center of attention and will add a contemporary feel to your new bathroom. The shower area is enclosed with a simply detailed sheet of glass to maximize the feeling of space in the compact bathroom. Glass ‘subway’ tiles reflect light and impart a subtle color.

This small guest bathroom in a condo on the beach desperately needed a complete overhaul. We took it to the studs. The space was long and narrow and problematic to begin with having only 7 ft ceilings. And, of course the client wanted a rain head! Yikes! To accomodate this need we recessed the rainhead in a ceiling “niche” of sorts and tiled it with the coordinating mosaic glass we used in other niches in the room. The client also requested a tub...and shower..but wanted us to be creative in finding the right one. The Neptune “Wind” tub fit the need perfectly. The challenge was how to hang a shower curtain as well as how to mount a tub filler...we used a kohler laminar spout coming from wall so it looks great as well as functioning just as we needed. The shower curtain dilemma is solved by using an old fashioned 25 dollar clothesline. It stretches out from one end to the other and the curtain hangs on it when needed. Day to day the tub shines as the star! The client also requested a kitty litter box cut into one side of the cabinet so we made the cabinetry look the same from front but on side next to toilet is a small cutout for kitty to enter and exit. The door opens to easily clean the box. The candle niches were cut into the back wall of tile to give some visual texture to the room. The flooring is 12x12 terrazzo tiles that work perfectly off the blue glass 6x12 tile on the back wall. The other walls are limestone. The countertops are blue lagos Ceasarstone. All in all, this bath really packs a powerful punch in a small space!

This is an older house in Rice University that needed an updated master bathroom. The original shower was only 36" x 36". Spa Bath Renovation Spring 2014, Design and build. We moved the tub, shower and toilet to different locations to make the bathroom look more organized. We used pure white caeserstone counter tops, hansgrohe metris faucet, glass mosaic tile (Daltile - City Lights), stand silver 12 x 24 porcelain floor cut into 4 x 24 strips to make the chevron pattern on the floor, shower glass panel, shower niche, rain shower head, wet bath floating tub. Custom cabinets in a grey stain with mirror doors and circle overlays. The tower in center features charging station for toothbrushes, iPADs, and cell phones. Spacious Spa Bath. TV in bathroom, large chandelier in bathroom. Half circle cabinet doors with mirrors. Anther chandelier in a master bathroom.
