The decision was made to scrap this initial idea to use white cabinets. Instead, sea glass green was selected. It has all the advantages of white cabinets but brings a beautiful and custom ambience that transcends the ordinary. The island significantly improves the layout, access, and functionality.

I show you an excellent example of a small and efficient kitchen, in addition to a beautiful very functional bathroom that I made for my client Juhasz. Small kitchens do not have to be a concern, because of their limited work and storage areas, they can also be beautiful and appear larger. We have just finished this kitchen where you can appreciate the creative storage, the neutral color combinations, the functionality and the more open conceptual space, the objective of our clients was to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from the kitchen. The visual gives an amplitude, we tear down walls between the kitchen, the living room and the hallway and let the light in. Also in this small kitchen, we ensure that there is a continuous work area so that the workspace is more efficient. And finally, we remodel all the light embedded in the new roof, we take advantage of the light tones in floors and walls that are our great allies. For the bathroom we use white and gray, in addition to a light blue tone. It looks modern and comfortable.

Tucked along the perimeter of the loft’s only hall, Shapiro’s office area takes advantage of a seemingly endless view of the city.
