This is an example of a mid-sized rustic screened-in back porch design in Other with decking and a roof extension.

This mudroom accommodates the homeowners daily lifestyle and activities. Baskets and additional storage under the bench hide everyday items and hooks offer a place to hang coats and scarves.

Cool & Contemporary is the vibe our clients were seeking out. Phase 1 complete for this El Paso Westside project. Consistent with the homes architecture and lifestyle creates a space to handle all occasions. Early morning coffee on the patio or around the firepit, smores, drinks, relaxing, reading & maybe a little dancing. Cedar planks set on raw steel post create a cozy atmosphere. Sitting or laying down on cushions and pillows atop the smooth buff leuders limestone bench with your feet popped up on the custom gas firepit. Raw steel veneer, limestone cap and stainless steel fire fixtures complete the sleek contemporary feels. Concrete steps & path lights beam up and accentuates the focal setting. To prep for phase 2, ground cover pathways and areas are ready for the new outdoor movie projector, more privacy, picnic area, permanent seating, landscape and lighting to come.

There is seating for six in the home theater area. Rich wood of varying depths surrounds the screen. A small stage holds theater components and built-in cabinets on either side of the screen provide storage. One of two built-in seating areas can be seen in the distance. What a gorgeous after transformation this room under went. The client's wanted a relaxing and tranquil feel to this space, and we accomplished this. The tall shower doors after taken down 2 walls makes this space larger looking. The shower has a built in seat bench the client's love and wanted. The large tiles 12 x 24 makes the floor more open and makes the space appear larger. The accessories really added that special touch to the space, giving it a welcome and inviting feeling. John Magor Photography took this beautiful photo.This was a fun project, making it easy to love what I do.
