This stunning commercial wine cellar CA is located at Capital Sea Food, an upper-class restaurant in Orange County, California. It was installed by Coastal.
On this photo, you can see that the 10-feet wine cellar was constructed from glass to provide a clear view of the wine display from the outside.

The peninsula in the original kitchen tended to trap people in the space. Designing this twist on the typical peninsula opened the flow without losing counterspace.

transFORM’s custom laundry room includes a sufficient amount of storage space so the room doesn’t feel cramped or cluttered. Designed in a white melamine, this unit features a combination of raised panel cabinetry and crown molding to hide supplies. Included within the design is a tall and slim utility cabinet equipped with a generous amount of shelving to store your everyday household items. This efficient layout places everything you need within reach. The area also includes a chrome valet rod for hanging or drip drying and a wide 1½ inch mica counter top, perfect for folding or ironing. Water-resistant mica counter tops offer high impact resistance, superior durability, and easy-to-clean convenience. Chrome pull-out baskets are designed to hold frequently used items like laundry detergents, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Baskets also come in handy when separating your light from dark and clean from dirty clothes. With plenty of elbowroom and workspace, you feel relaxed and energized as you get to work.

Dave Allen created this table base from a pair of antique architectural pilaster capitals carved from Indiana limestone at the turn of the last century. These identical capitals were installed for nearly a century on a Manhattan public school that was demolished in the year 2000. He purchased them in New York from the demolition contractor.
Now mounted back-to-back on a hidden steel frame, they have begun a new life as an elegant base for a dining or grand entry table. Shown herewith a 72” diameter top, it could just as easily accommodate an eight or nine foot long rectangular top. Glass top to your specifications included.
The pilaster tops, visible through the glass, were intentionally left as found, with small wood inserts and attachment points from the original construction still visible. The carvings themselves are beautifully executed, a fine example of the work typically done by classically trained Italian immigrants who arrived in the US in the late 19th and early 20th century. I’m always amazed by the beauty and artistic balance of these old pieces, carved as they were by everyday craftsmen, who worked over the course of a lifetime with hammer and chisel, skillfully producing an art now mostly lost to us.

This industrial inspired kitchen combines a timber island with recycled timber benchtop frame which has been set against a white sleek background. The island is in the middle of an open plan room yet it becomes part of the furniture with the use of timber. The white background with integrated fridge also disappears ensuring this space feels more like the rest of the house than the kitchen. The island houses concealed drawers and cupboards on one side and 2 ovens, a dishwasher, sink, microwave and storage on the other.
