The gentleman's closet contains walnut, raised panel cabinets that reach to the ceiling, customized by the home owner not only to hold clothing and accessories, but to also look like a fine clothier. A drum-style Baker chandelier hangs over the island, and recessed LED lights are designed to come on when the doors are opened. A rolling brass ladder circles the room so that lesser used items can be reached on the upper cabinets. Ralph Lauren wool plaid wool pillows and mohair seat adorn the bench under the window. Renovated to accommodate a family of eight, this oceanfront home proudly overlooks the gateway to Marblehead Neck. This renovation preserves and highlights the character and charm of the existing circa 1900 gambrel while providing comfortable living for this large family. A fashionista's dream closet! The center island includes felt lined drawers for delicate accessories, built-in his and her hampers and an abundance of storage. The perimeter meticulously accommodates hanging garments behind glass front doors. Floor to ceiling shelves display shoes, boots and handbags and is the focal point in this coveted closet.

This space truly allowed us to create a luxurious walk in closet with a boutique feel. The room has plenty of volume with the vaulted ceiling and terrific lighting. The vanity area is not only beautiful but very functional was well. Bella Systems

This was a fun build and a delightful family to work and design with. The ladder is aesthetically pleasing and functional for their space, and also much safer than the previous loft access. The custom welded steel frame and alternating step support system combined with light colored, solid alder wood treads provide an open feel for the tight space.

This stunning custom master closet is part of a whole house design and renovation project by Haven Design and Construction. The homeowners desired a master suite with a dream closet that had a place for everything. We started by significantly rearranging the master bath and closet floorplan to allow room for a more spacious closet. The closet features lighted storage for purses and shoes, a rolling ladder for easy access to top shelves, pull down clothing rods, an island with clothes hampers and a handy bench, a jewelry center with mirror, and ample hanging storage for clothing.
