Eldorado Stone
Greg Pinn, Vice President of Pinn Brothers Fine Homes of San Jose, California, brought his dream to fruition with the completion of his own French Country Chateau. The level of quality and the attention to detail found in every aspect of his residence is a tribute to the craftsmanship of the professionals who helped build it as well as the beautiful materials that made it possible. When selecting the stone and brick for the home’s exterior, Pinn and his fellow builders contructed a full-scale wall that had four different mockups of various stone profiles and colors before finalizing their selection. Upon taking all the possibilities into consideration, Eldorado’s Fieldledge and Limestone profiles in addition to the Bracciano RomaBrick proved to be just the product their team was looking for, all of which were installed using an overgrout technique.
Having worked with Eldorado exclusively for close to 10 years on all of his projects, Pinn had Eldorado in mind when the architectural plans were in the beginning stages of development and felt confident from the get-go that Eldorado would be their stone and brick of choice.
By working with Eldorado, Pinn was able to implement the look of natural stone in several places throughout the home. There was extensive use of both stone and brick on the retaining walls of his yard, around the pook, the outdoor living space, and on all the chimney stacks. He also dressed the majority of the home’s exterior in Eldorado’s stone and brick because of its affordability and ease of installation versus natural stone. An added bonus was that Pinn won’t have difficulty finding similar stones if need be like he would using stone from a quarry. He can rely on the consistency and availability of Eldorado, regardless of the amount of time that goes by. According to Pinn, Eldorado Stone made all the difference in the success of creating his very own French Country Chateau.

Bedroom - mid-sized contemporary master beige floor bedroom idea in London with blue walls
Home Staging by SPC
Joanne Bechhoff
Every home has small awkward walls or spaces. One of my favorite ways to dress them up is with a floor plant or flowers. This photo illustrates how a floor vase with silk flowers can create visual interest while tying the space to the adjacent room. New Home by G. B. Construction and Development, Inc.

Woodhouse and Law
Commissioned by our client to work alongside their contractors and architects, we were asked to develop full plans for the renovation of this listed townhouse and its gardens on one of Bath’s iconic crescents. Our duties included fully detailed designs on every one of the house’s rooms including electrical plans and detailing on ironmongery and beyond. With a remit that included the design of all cabinetry, we built not only the hand-crafted kitchen but also the bespoke cabinetry of the dressing room and storage throughout. Our design ensured that existing furniture, art and the property’s stunning original features were seamlessly mixed and enhanced with new additions and sympathetic treatments. The result, a Georgian property given a respectful, contemporary new lease of life as a stylish family home in the heart of Bath.

A classic Seattle craftsman home is reimagined and restored. We cherished the opportunity to help a young couple in Seattle develop a materials, fixtures and lighting package for their beloved home remodel. The master bathroom is layered with a mix of white and black marble hex mosaic floor tile, classic white offset brick pattern subway wall tile, and beautifully crafted wood wainscoting. Kohler's Artifacts plumbing trim collection brings fresh vintage style to the vanity and shower. An easy to care for quartz counter and backsplash adds a bright contrast to the a gorgeous providence blue custom vanity. The powder room which doubles as a guest bathroom is dressed in Pratt and Larson's ceramic mosaic floor tile and paired with a space saving pedestal sink by American Standard. Wall niches lined with white quartz are incorporated into both showers creating a dedicated place to store bathing amenities. The checkboard cork floor in the kitchen adds a FUN pop of personality. Custom mudroom cubbies and a built in eating nook were beautifully crafted and finished in a crisp white paint. Light fixtures by Rejuvenation bathe the room in beautiful period appropriate light. Clever storage hides small appliances and a stand mixer. This project was a labor of love for he homeowners who took an active part in the process and a joy for our team to be involved in!

Ceramiche Caesar
In the evocative context of the Côte d’Azur, Ceramiche Caesar contributed to the development of a luxury private residence by providing its nature-inspired ceramic collections to the indoor and outdoor environments, as well as the aesthetic and functional reliability that the most exclusive locations need and demand.
Absolute, the ceramic collection inspired by stone, plays the leading role in the indoor and outdoor areas of the residence, with character and an original appeal. In the Beola Bianca colour - a white tone with an even grain - manufactured in accordance to eco-compatible criteria, the Caesar collection interprets the strength of stone in a truly authentic manner to become an expression of cutting-edge design.
Stone also inspires Verse, Made in Italy porcelain stoneware characterised by a matt and finely chiselled texture combining an elegant appearance to a soft touch. Along with Anima, the refined collection faithfully reproducing all the charm of marble, Verse has been chosen for the bathroom spaces.
The Roxstones Roxwall 3 decoration has been instead selected for the counters and walls, both indoors and outdoors. Dynamic surfaces that are never ordinary, which recall all the peculiar features of quartzite and allow for the creation of settings with a strong visual impact. The Caesar collections inspired by natural elements were chosen to dress this
evocative villa in Cote d'Azur because of their the aesthetic and functional reliability.

This project included the complete renovation of the kitchen, creating a better connection with the dining room. We developed a welcoming space featuring frameless alder cabinets stained with licorice patina, engineered quartz countertops and wood panel refrigerator and freezer fronts.
The Master Suite was also completely renovated to include an elegant and spacious bathroom with quartz countertops and natural limestone floors and shower walls with decorative accents. The walk-in closet features a fabulous dressing room with make-up vanity.
Staged Spaces
Local Builder Cadeby Homes asked us to. install a partial stage in one of their properties at a new development in Ratby for an open weekend.
The York is a 4 bedroomed detached property with a large lounge and a large living kitchen.
Our brief was to create a lifestyle to inspire potential buyers.
We worked closely with their sales and marketing team to identify their target buyer and to discuss design ideas, we then put all our ideas into room sets and mood boards for sign off.
Our magic worked and just 24 hours after the open day all plots of this house type had been reserved.
