The sofa was "reimagined" aka-reupholstered. New fabric in aubegene (eggplant/purple), new legs and nail heads helped make an old, tired - but loved - sofa into a totally new piece. Patterned bolsters were added. Since a special sized ottoman/coffee table was needed, the ottoman was custom made. Faux leather was used; nail heads enhanced the ottoman. A faux zebra rug was placed under the ottoman.

A color-saturated family-friendly living room. Walls in Farrow & Ball's Brinjal, a rich eggplant that is punctuated by pops of deep aqua velvet. Custom-upholstered furniture and loads of custom throw pillows. A round hammered brass cocktail table anchors the space. Bright citron-green accents add a lively pop. Loads of layers in this richly colored living space make this a cozy, inviting place for the whole family.

The living and dining area of the home were completely reoriented. The dining area is repositioned to the space within the windows, taking advantage of a stunning view of Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. The color palette was chosen to reflect the hues of the setting sun. An ottoman upholstered in plum leather appears to float on acrylic legs.
