This is a graphic representation of new house colors. After seeing their house with many different color combinations this is what the homeowner chose. Know what to expect before you do it. This house has real wood shingles, clapboard, wood windows and balustrade. Nothing fake about this house and you can tell!

"Because it is all outside I won't spend a lot of money on any of it; I find cheap old junk in the trash or garage sales with cute colors or patterns and make it happen." Inspired by the colors from the garden, various items are recovered or painted in pastel hues to create a comfortable and engaging place to relax. "Raymond and I love our outdoor wrap-around porch in the summer. Because I decorate it like a house outdoors it creates the comfort of a southern home with surrounding gardens that are bursting with color and nature and fresh smells everyday. You can't help but want to sit and drink your coffee there in the morning and soak it all in. You smell the Lake Erie breeze and hear the waves crashing; its so serene." This 1960s Ranch was taken from it's original red/yellow brick and painted a light grey tan color. I added a new roof and the red/maroon bleached out shutters were changed out for stained board and batten shutters. I also added a new garage door with accent pieces, exterior lighting was changed out and I extended the original front porch out by an additional 4 feet making it a true sitting porch. We also put in a tree swing in front to show the tranquility of the home and neighborhood and give the home a new young feel since the neighborhood was becoming a new hub for first time buyers with children. This house was graphically renovated. New paint colors, new carriage house garage door, new properly mounted wood shutters. Please understand that shutters must be mounted properly. 99% you see are wrong. The only problem here is that the windows are white and plastic. The image was created graphically so the homeowner can see the result and be sure what they want. They can give this to their builder to be sure they GET what they want.

Color placement is corrected. Black sash adds a period and elegant appearance. House colors should be simple and elegant.
