This room is a converted attic space. The platform holds two full size mattresses. Behind the bed is a ledge. The fronts of the ledge are hinged to use as storage and also to access the plugs on the wall.

The architecture of the space is developed through the addition of ceiling beams, moldings and over-door panels. The introduction of wall sconces draw the eye around the room. The palette, soft buttery tones infused with andulsian greens, and understated furnishings submit and support the quietness of the space. The low-country elegance of the room is further expressed through the use of natural materials, textured fabrics and hand-block prints. A wool/silk area rug underscores the elegance of the room. Patio - mediterranean patio idea in New York

Creating spaces for mini-golf, swimming, bocce ball, tennis, a patio, and a water feature requires thoughtful planning. When done properly, the result is functional as well as as aesthetically pleasing. Windsor's professional design staff follows careful design criteria when combining spaces for recreation, entertainment, and relaxation. This challenging site gave us the opportunity to transform an area beside the driveway into a putting green and bocce court. Reconfiguring the driveway and lawn made room for a restful sitting area to enjoy the beautiful sound of the waterfall and pond.
