The ladder depicted here was crafted from stained and finished white oak to match the handles. It provides a convenient and stylish way to access this custom wine cellar's valuable wines and cheeses, and is a key part of the Chicago wine cellar design. The ladder is attached to the rail, making it easy to move from one racking section to another. The wine racks inside the wine cabinets are made from unfinished mahogany. As you can see, our wine cellar builders installed an arch display in this custom wine cellar Atlanta Georgia. The purpose was purely to increase aesthetics, and the arch was crafted from redwood, just like the wine racks surrounding it. Our clients use the arch to showcase a painting. The tabletop provides a display area for wine glass and wine bottles. The top section are individual bottle openings and a display row at the middle section. This is a high reveal display row. It showcases wines in a label forward fashion, and promotes ease of identification and selection. Note the mural in the background. It was created by Janina Pazdan. Also shown is a 'Niche Size' rack. It accommodates bottles individually. The combination of high reveal display racks and individual bottle racking makes for an aesthetically appealing and highly functional wine room. The small eat - in kitchen was designed with functionality in mind. The clients needed as much counter space as possible for cooking and prepping, as well as a dedicated spot for their many cookbooks. Soda Glass panels were used for the backsplash. The clients are able to write down recipes, weekly meal schedules and notes on the glass backsplash - making for a truly functional and personal kitchen.
