OK: so this 1960s-era game table wasn't in the original Ocean's 11 -- the Rat Pack version -- but one of the swingsters very well could have had this set in his big, sprawling ranch house in the San Fernando Valley. While used as a dining table, Hoffman points out that it is, indeed, a game table. "Most dining tables are thirty inches high," he explains. "This one is 27-1/2. It was definitely custom-built for someone who liked to gather 'round the table and play cards, maybe have a few drinks."

This Living Room serves dual-purpose as a Media Room in this Paul Williams home in Los Angeles. In 2012 we did a full audio video and home automation system retrofit and completed it in less than 3 weeks while doing an absolute minimum of damage to the existing walls and structure.
This room features a flat panel TV that hides behind motorized artwork when turned off. The client's appreciate sound quality, so top-notch audiophile sound system components were installed in this room, including Mark Levinson electronics and Revel loudspeakers. Since the sound system is hidden in the cabinetry (and the sound exits through the white grille clothe), it is hidden luxury and performance and its best. A room like this proves that clean interior design and audio video go together, if you are working with the right custom audio video integration company.
The Crestron home automation system in this room (and house-wide) controls audio/video, lighting, security, climate (HVAC), motorized shades, and 2 motorized TV concealment systems. The home includes a combination of handheld touchscreens, in-wall touchscreens, and Crestron-connected iPads.

Sounds Good Corporation.
simpleHome worked with the homeowners and their design team to create an elegant, functional & really fun space in a carriage house that is located just steps away from their main home on the estate.
The carriage house provides the homeowners with a great space for their many overnight guests. There are three bedrooms that each has an adjoining full bathroom and a TV that is wired to access the impressive video systems located in the equipment rack. The downstairs living room with the carousel features speakers hidden just below a thin coat of plaster so they completely disappear while providing enveloping high-quality audio throughout the room. The upstairs sitting area features discrete speakers installed in the curved wall below the windows, a TV, and an intercom-enabled touch panel.
The most exciting room in the carriage house, however, has to be the dedicated home theater. This space falls under the "knock-your-socks-off" category. It all starts with a robust Runco DLP projector with CineWide and a custom woven, acoustically transparent video screen. In addition, there are an array of Bowers & Wilkins speakers built into the custom cabinet and columns. It all combines to create the ultimate audio and video experience. As the homeowners and their guests relax in the motorized leather theater chairs, they are just a click away from the ideal cinematic experience.
With the touch of a button, the automation system seamlessly sets the scene by stealthily adjusting the blackout shades and lights to the proper settings, a game mode for the kids and a dark movie-watching mode for movie night. The custom designed and installed acoustical panels were engineered to provide ideal in-room audio quality. The panels also serve to isolate sound within the theater, allowing those in the adjoining rooms the peace and quiet they desire.
The equipment rack pictured below is command central for the entire utilitarian-turned-high-tech sanctuary. In addition to movie & TV watching in the theater, the room provides for cool gaming options, including a Wii system and Xbox that are housed in the custom cabinet for easy access. Boredom is not an option in this place!

This basement was completely renovated to add dimension and light in. This customer used our Hand Hewn Faux Wood Beams in the finish Cinnamon to complete this design. He said this about the project, "We turned an unused basement into a family game room. The faux beams provided a sense of maturity and tradition, matched with the youthfulness of gaming tables."
