This master bath needed some improvement! The shower was very small and dated...with mold growing in all sorts of hidden spaces! The tile was improperly installed, so the grout was cracking. The corner whirlpool tub was difficult to use. To improve this bath, we removed a built-in cabinet, moved a wall, and changed double doors to a single one so the shower could be expanded. The corner whirlpool tub was removed and replaced with a smaller rectangular tub to open up the space. New tile was installed with accent tile bands and a pattern in the floor. We installed frameless shower glass to give the space an open feel and added two showerheads, three body sprays and a bench. The previous deck was rotting from improper installation, so we tore it all down and reconstructed it with AZEK Decking material with Rail Lighting. This multi-tiered deck has plenty of room for entertaining. The rail lighting adds accent lighting as well as ads safety. We also reconstructed the deck that connects to the master bedroom with the same decking and light rail.

This home, located in Millis, MA, had originally had 5-year old Certainteed Weatherboard fiber cement installed that was improperly installed by the builder and had cracks and rot already setting in. This homeowner heard about Everlast Composite Siding and decided to reach out to us because the idea of having a low maintenance siding appealed to her. Understandably, this Millis homeowner did every bit of her homework to ensure she found the right product and the right company to replace her failing siding. As the most experienced composite installer in New England and installing Everlast for close to a decade we’ve perfected the installation and understand what procedures are necessary to ensure the longevity of the product. We loved restoring this homeowners confidence and restoring their love for their home again. We did so by installing Everlast Composite Siding in the 7” exposure of Sand Dune and a new Provia Entry Door with Sidelites.

The property had extensive moisture issues related to improper installation of the stucco cladding. Stucco had been removed, discovered moisture damage repaired, and James Hardie fiber cement siding installed. Windows used on this project were the Andersen brand. The new roof type is cedar tile.

Elegant freestanding bathtub photo in New York with an undermount sink

After facing the prospect of having to replace their vinyl siding again as a result of another hailstorm, these Plymouth homeowners were looking for a durable product that would withstand Mother Nature and allow them to incorporate specific design ideas into the project. James Hardie siding was the obvious choice. While the front was stucco, the back and sides were a low grade vinyl siding that after only a few years was already faded and had been patched because of other hailstorms. The stucco on the front also had issues. Due to water intrusion caused by improper flashing details, the stucco needed to come off. This is quite a chore but presented an opportunity to change the look and feel of the home. We installed James Hardie straight edge shakes in the gables along with James Hardie band boards and frieze boards. By installing a new Pella window in the garage gable, we were able to break up the large space in that area. Design was a big part of this project and we were able to help the homeowner come up with different options that would fit with the existing architecture of the home. By showing multiple options on our design software, we can help homeowners feel comfortable with the decisions that are made rather than holding your breath and hoping that it looks ok.
