Natural light and coastal breezes on the ocean hillside of Laguna Beach, Ca., enhance the joy of living in this stunning soft contemporary home of rock and glass. It was designed to accentuate the panoramic views from every possible portion of the house, yet create an enclave of serenity and privacy. The openness of the floor plan floods this 6500 sq. ft. house with natural light, allowing direct solar gain to gently warm morning living spaces. State-of-the-art technology has been employed to provide photovoltaic electrical power and heat domestic hot water. An indoor swimming pool allows year round pleasure and exercise. Influenced by English Cotswold and French country architecture, this eclectic European lake home showcases a predominantly stone exterior paired with a cedar shingle roof. Interior features like wide-plank oak floors, plaster walls, custom iron windows in the kitchen and great room and a custom limestone fireplace create old world charm. Beauty meets practicality in this Florida Contemporary on a Boca golf course. The indoor – outdoor connection is established by running easy care wood-look porcelain tiles from the patio to all the public rooms. The clean-lined slab door has a narrow-raised perimeter trim, while a combination of rift-cut white oak and “Super White” balances earthy with bright. Appliances are paneled for continuity. Dramatic LED lighting illuminates the toe kicks and the island overhang. Instead of engineered quartz, these countertops are engineered marble: “Unique Statuario” by Compac. The same material is cleverly used for carved island panels that resemble cabinet doors. White marble chevron mosaics lend texture and depth to the backsplash. The showstopper is the divider between the secondary sink and living room. Fashioned from brushed gold square metal stock, its grid-and-rectangle motif references the home’s entry door. Wavy glass obstructs kitchen mess, yet still admits light. Brushed gold straps on the white hood tie in with the divider. Gold hardware, faucets and globe pendants add glamour. In the pantry, kitchen cabinetry is repeated, but here in all white with Caesarstone countertops. Flooring is laid diagonally. Matching panels front the wine refrigerator. Solid Apollo LED. The owner of this home wanted to add lighting to their stairwells during the remodel of their home. Here Mini Moon LED Lights in White were used on every step for bright low profile lighting. The recessed and compact design allowed for a simple installation without extensive intrusion in the support structure of the stairwell. The Mini Moon LED Lights are controlled as one of several lighting zones in this home and are controlled using the 10 Zone LED Remote Control.

Don't just throw LED strip lights everywhere. Stick them in LEDdrop channels for beautiful lighting ambiance. LEDdrop aluminum channels: the perfect companion to LED strip light installations.

This custom garage cabinetry system includes a high gloss red, black, and wire bronze finishes to achieve a modern high end car connoisseur look. The countertops were finished with a Mayan dyed copper metal laminate and all drawer boxes were lined with a black and red speckled vulcanized high impact rubber matting. Some added features include: integrated seating bench, personal beverage center, concealed hot/cold water retractable hose reel, and a wet/dry shop vacuum system. The TV was also equipped with its own high gloss surround cabinet with tiered picture frame to further accent the garage colors. The TV cabinet has LED back lighting to make the TV appear as though it is floating in space. Red and Black moulding were added to the upper soffit area to conceal a multi-color LED lighting for added ambiance. To finish things off two car lifts were installed for more "good boy" toys. Inspiration for a large transitional backyard deck remodel in Toronto with no cover

We designed a “tree house” suspended above the ground on glued-laminated timber columns supporting two stories, forty feet above the forest floor. Suquamish means “place of clear water”. The care of the land that drove this residence included simple strategies for capturing rain and percolating storm water, minimal excavation and removal of soils, low-impact concrete foundations, and a light structure that captures views of the forest, water, and a distant Seattle skyline to the east.
