Conceptually the Clark Street remodel began with an idea of creating a new entry. The existing home foyer was non-existent and cramped with the back of the stair abutting the front door. By defining an exterior point of entry and creating a radius interior stair, the home instantly opens up and becomes more inviting. From there, further connections to the exterior were made through large sliding doors and a redesigned exterior deck. Taking advantage of the cool coastal climate, this connection to the exterior is natural and seamless

This magnificent digital artwork, titled "Equine Exodus," plunges the viewer into the heart of a powerful and untamed scene, capturing the raw energy of horses in full gallop with astonishing photorealism. The close-up perspective focuses intensely on the powerful forelegs and hooves of multiple horses as they surge forward, kicking up plumes of earthy dust. Every detail is rendered with meticulous precision: the taut muscles rippling beneath their coats, the subtle textures of their manes caught in motion, and the very dirt and grit being propelled into the air. The lead horse, a rich bay, dominates the foreground, its powerful form conveying immense speed and freedom. Behind it, the blurred forms of other horses hint at the larger herd, amplifying the sense of dynamic movement and vast open spaces. The warm, sun-drenched palette of browns, ochres, and golden dust evokes the arid beauty of a rugged landscape, deeply embedding the artwork in a rustic and Southwestern aesthetic. "Equine Exodus" is more than just an image; it's an immersive experience of power, grace, and wild spirit.

The wallcovering is comprised of wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. It has a double layer, featuring a top layer that is laser cut to reveal hints of metallic foil below, which adds a flickering glimmer to the space, like an explosion of stars in the night.
The natural selenite art is such a stunner, providing a subtle glimmer as it catches the light from different angles.

This small fascinating carpet in the center of the room acts as an effective decorative element drawing the eye in. Pay attention to the fixture mounted directly above this carpet.
The fixture not only makes the carpet stand out, but also highlight a few big closets with sparkling surfaces that add some additional light to the interior. The room looks spacious thanks to few furniture pieces. The spaciousness in the room hints at freedom and independency.

Guests in this suite are treated to a magnificent view as the sun sets beyond the golf course. Walls of windows are covered with ivory drapery sheers, banded on the edges in slate blue. Two sets of woven wood shades retract when not in use. One set filters light; the other provides complete privacy with blackout properties. The Vanguard bed features a tufted headboard upholstered in woven ivory fabric. A shimmering ivory duvet with a hint of taupe covers the bed. Pillows are in the same tone, accented by slate blue. Seeded glass table lamps with ivory linen shades from Curry sit on Vanguard nightstands, finished in deep gray. The custom chevron-patterned rug is from Kravet.

Our New Home Buyer commissioned HOMEREDI to convert their old Master Bathroom into a spacious newly designed Contemporary retreat. We asked our designer Samantha Murray from SM Designs to work with our client to select all required tiles from our tile distributor. We then extended full contractor pricing toward the purchase of all fixtures used in this Spa bathroom. One of the unique features of this bathroom is a large 40"x40"x32" Japanese style soaking tub. Once this magnificent project was completed we asked our professional photographer, Chuck Dana's Photography to capture the beauty of implementation. Lots of credit also goes to our clients who worked with us and our designer to fine tune their requirements. We are privileged to make their imagination come to life in this magnificent space.

This Manhattan Beach client had a wonderful eye for color and already had a clear vision of the style she wanted; she even brought her tile selection to our first meeting. South Bay Design Center brought her magnificent vision to life, making sure that all her wishes became reality. We used Dura Supreme furniture-style free-standing vanities in White, and Pental Quartz in Akoya for the countertops, bench seating and shower dam. We also incorporated quartz on the sides of the shampoo box. The client chose a blend of different shades of blue for one bathroom, and a blend of beige and sand for the other bathroom, to produce an sense of delicate elegance. Results: a pure and clean balance of color, function, and style with just a hint of extravagance.

The colors and textures make this master bedroom perfect for both him and her. The dramatic black bed frame with leather insert headboard makes a statement and includes valuable storage with underbed drawers. The matching night stands adorn the sides of this magnificent bed. Two side chairs with pink pillows are the accent for this large room and the added canvas artwork transitions the colors from blacks to purples to a hint of pink. Shutters allow light to brighten the room and the quatrefoil rug with a touch of brown highlights the wood flooring. Accessorized with glass lamps and the comfy bedding, the elegant and glamorous look is complete.

Deck and Patio designed a large 25’ x 52’ free-form Gunite pool (above) with a nearby flowing stream alongside it to feed the pool’s 4’ x 6’ moss rock waterfall and second waterfall; also a custom spill-over spa with a veneer of Bucks County Country Ledgestone. We also allowed for a Dolphin waterslide, and partial boulder coping.
“After the backyard upgrade designs were approved by our clients and the Town, we immediately brought in True Blue Swimming Pools to construct the pool,” says Dave. “The magnificent color of the water you see in the photos, for example, is due to True Blue’s choice of a custom Pebble Tec finish for both the pool and spa. Pebble Tec’s finish is also durable, textured and non-slip, as well as stain-resistant.
The pool/spa, of course, is a completely new design, but hints of the old Roslyn project are reflected in some other new backyard oasis’s amenities.
