Example of a small minimalist enclosed carpeted and beige floor living room design in San Francisco with beige walls and a media wall

This is an elegant, finely-appointed room with aged, hand-hewn beams, dormered clerestory windows, and radiant-heated limestone floors. But the real power of the space derives less from these handsome details and more from the wide opening centered on the pool.

The expansive basement entertainment area features a tv room, a kitchenette and a custom bar for entertaining. The custom entertainment center and bar areas feature bright blue cabinets with white oak accents. Lucite and gold cabinet hardware adds a modern touch. The sitting area features a comfortable sectional sofa and geometric accent pillows that mimic the design of the kitchenette backsplash tile. The kitchenette features a beverage fridge, a sink, a dishwasher and an undercounter microwave drawer. The large island is a favorite hangout spot for the clients' teenage children and family friends. The convenient kitchenette is located on the basement level to prevent frequent trips upstairs to the main kitchen. The custom bar features lots of storage for bar ware, glass display cabinets and white oak display shelves. Locking liquor cabinets keep the alcohol out of reach for the younger generation.

This cool and unique design is a favorite among our clients. Our ability to cusomize had created many variations of this design to fit the needs of each individual client, but this is still my favorite.

Contemporary Show Stopper!
This contemporary unit is designed for a 65” TV and a super long slim fireplace with glass pebbles. Every shelf is lit to show off all your trinkets! Beautiful and simple is what sets it totally apart from all the rest. Romantic is what comes to mind.

This picture was taken shortly after installation, and right after the furniture was delivered. What was once a blank wall has been transformed into a multi-functional entertainment center, complete with carriage doors that hide a large flat-screen TV, bookshelves galore, and twelve drawers for storage. The original door to the right was removed and replaced with a knotty alder door complete with a speak-easy insert. Note that the piece fits seamlessly against the log walls on either side. The artisan who built this took pride in scribing the wood to the logs, making it appear to have been there all along.

The Kristin Entertainment center has been everyone's favorite at Mallory Park, 15 feet long by 9 feet high, solid wood construction, plenty of storage, white oak shelves, and a shiplap backdrop.
