My client wanted to keep a tub, but I had no room for a standard tub, so we gave him a Japanese style tub which he LOVES. I get a lot of questions on this bathroom so here are some more details... This room features a linear bare bulb chandelier and the original hardwood floor which is over 80 years old and not replicable today. The chair is the Charles Eames' 50 year old lounge chair and ottoman. Hi, The fireplace is travertine marble. The travertine is Birched Honed by Realstone from their Collection Series. This is made of many tile pieces from 16"x16 .The fireplace mantle is cut from Silk Georgette stone, a type of grey marble.

This kitchen was formerly a dark paneled, cluttered, divided space with little natural light. By eliminating partitions and creating a more functional, open floorplan, as well as adding modern windows with traditional detailing, providing lovingly detailed built-ins for the clients extensive collection of beautiful dishes, and lightening up the color palette we were able to create a rather miraculous transformation. The wide plank salvaged pine floors, the antique french dining table, as well as the Galbraith & Paul drum pendant and the salvaged antique glass monopoint track pendants all help to provide a warmth to the crisp detailing. this dog wash is a great place to clean up your pets and give them the spa treatment they deserve. There is even an area to relax for your pet under the counter in the padded cabinet.

For this kitchen renovation, the homeowners wanted to keep their oak cabinets but wanted to freshen up and modernize their space. I changed the cabinet hardware, took down some 80s wallpaper, got new appliances and beautiful new granite countertops. I also had a custom backsplash made by Mercury Mosaics. The old dinette set was dated so I had a custom table and chairs made. Small changes helped bring a dated kitchen into the present.
