Remodel of an existing entry courtyard. We cleaned up the lines on the steps, created cantilevered steps with recessed LED tape lighting, added a water feature, built-in seating and a fire pit. There is porcelain pavers throughout with low succulents breaking up the pavers.

Created a multi-level outdoor living space to match the mid-century modern style of the home with upper deck and lower patio. Porcelain pavers create a clean pattern to offset the modern furniture, which is neutral in color and simple in shape to balance with the bold-colored accents.

Porcelain pavers with a turf inlay form the elegant foundation of the courtyard, offering a refined and structured look. A custom built-in outdoor fireplace serves as the anchor for a seated patio area, flanked by black wall trellises on each side. Four white wingback armchairs with black trim surround a stone coffee table at the center. Above the fireplace, a corbel-supported overhang adds architectural interest. A French-inspired fountain stands opposite the patio, acting as a graceful focal point. Uplighting within the landscape beds enhances the ambiance, while iron-lantern accents and an iron balcony railing introduce layered detail. A heavy wood arched door with iron accents provides a grand entrance into this thoughtfully designed outdoor retreat.

Update your outdoor space with new porcelain pavers! Inciting an exterior flooring revolution, porcelain pavers offer a high-style and super durable design solution. This new generation of pavers opens up a world of possibilities in outdoor design.

This small backyard landscape sandwiched between home and garage, was transformed from a drab weed patch into a stunning outdoor breakfast nook! Porcelain patio pavers were carefully installed for improved drainage to move water away from the home. A new cedar fence was installed between neighboring lots. A custom cedar trellis was installed over the garage facade, to draw attention away from the garage siding, framing windows and foliage. Pretty white planters, large hydrangea blooms, crisp lime green hostas and purple pansies add color and brightness to this shaded retreat. LED lighting and irrigation systems were also integrated into the landscape.

The French Villa courtyard showcases a custom patio with diamond set porcelain pavers and turf in between. A centered, hand carved cantera stone exterior fireplace with a glowing ember bed and ornate overmantel wall plaque anchors the space, framed by black metal garden trellises on either side. Four white wingback armchairs with black trim and chinoiserie-style accent pillows surround a natural stone cocktail table. Brick and masonry, curved stairs, and lush landscape enhance the setting, while exposed wood eaves, corbels, an iron-frame glass window, and terracotta roof tiles reflect European-inspired luxury architecture.

After removing an old wooden deck and re-sealing the roof membrane, we installed a low maintenance porcelain paver floor on a pedestal system to increase drainage, air circulation and overall weight dispersion of the garden elements. We fabricated custom cedar planter boxes with a cedar and steel railing to add height for increased safety. As you enter the space, the focal point of the garden is a sleek, modern water feature with a pretty Mexican pebble and tigerwood base. The unique outdoor kitchen is comprised of Tigerwood, cedar and stainless hardware. Tigerwood cladding on the door of an existing stand alone grill, creates the illusion of a built in grill, with beautiful cedar countertops on either side. Landscape lighting and an irrigation system keep the garden stunning day and night.

At the onset of this project, we found a roof deck garden in dire need of repair after a strong wind storm blew over an older pergola and screen system previously attached to limestone parapet caps. Our goal was to design and install a sturdier low maintenance screen system to protect against any future wind storms. We replaced limestone parapet caps, repaired the roof membrane and flashing, painted the walls and then replaced old stone tiles with sleek porcelain pavers. Our one of a kind hardwood screens add privacy from the windows of the adjacent high rise. Other details include a custom outdoor kitchen, lots of LED lighting to add warmth and illumination in the evening and a variety of gorgeous plants and ornamental trees, some reclaimed from the old garden. All plants are on an automated irrigation system.
