After renovating the lower level they contracted Landforms Inc to continue the transformation outside. They wanted to remove the old patio with wooden railings and a cramped seating area. Then create a outdoor kitchen with a prep area, gas grill, Big Green Egg smoker, fireplace with ample seating and dining space. By pushing the patio out to the edge of the wall and incorporating a seating wall both for safety and seating. We were able to maximize our usable space for the kitchen and entertaining. Now the space now feels like you are dining in the tree tops.

The upper level of this gorgeous Trex deck is the central entertaining and dining space and includes a beautiful concrete fire table and a custom cedar bench that floats over the deck. Light brown custom cedar screen walls provide privacy along the landscaped terrace and compliment the warm hues of the decking. Clean, modern light fixtures are also present in the deck steps, along the deck perimeter, and throughout the landscape making the space well-defined in the evening as well as the daytime.
