Eclectic patio photo in Seattle

This rustic retreat in central Oregon is loaded with modern amenities. The master suite in this Tuscan inspired rustic home features an adobe fireplace with a seating area for relaxing in front of the fire. Located on the second floor, the bedroom has a grand view of the golf course from the private balcony. Timber frame and log houses often conjure notions of remote rustic outposts located in solitary surroundings of open grasslands or mature woodlands. When the owner approached MossCreek to design a timber-framed log home on a less than one acre site in an upscale Oregon golf community, the principle of the firm, Allen Halcomb, was intrigued. Inspiration for an eclectic dining room remodel in Sacramento with blue walls

This residence is a renovation of a traditional landscape into a contemporary garden. Custom contemporary steel planters complement the steel detailing on the home and offer an opportunity to highlight unique native plant species. A large front yard living space offers easy socialization with this active neighborhood. The spectacular salvaged 15ft Organ Pipe Cactus grabs your eye as you enter the residence and anchors the contemporary garden. The back terrace has been designed to create inviting entertainment areas that overlook the golf course as well as protected private dining areas. A large family gathering spot is nestled between the pool and centered around the concrete fire pit. The relaxing spa has a negative edge that falls as a focal point towards the master bedroom. A secluded private dining area off of the kitchen incorporates a steel louver wall that can be opened and closed providing both privacy from adjacent neighbors and protection from the wind. Creating spaces for mini-golf, swimming, bocce ball, tennis, a patio, and a water feature requires thoughtful planning. When done properly, the result is functional as well as as aesthetically pleasing. Windsor's professional design staff follows careful design criteria when combining spaces for recreation, entertainment, and relaxation. This challenging site gave us the opportunity to transform an area beside the driveway into a putting green and bocce court. Reconfiguring the driveway and lawn made room for a restful sitting area to enjoy the beautiful sound of the waterfall and pond.
