RW Anderson Homes
Interior Design by ecd Design LLC
This newly remodeled home was transformed top to bottom. It is, as all good art should be “A little something of the past and a little something of the future.” We kept the old world charm of the Tudor style, (a popular American theme harkening back to Great Britain in the 1500’s) and combined it with the modern amenities and design that many of us have come to love and appreciate. In the process, we created something truly unique and inspiring.

I designed this master bath vanity and had it built, using parts I ordered from four different suppliers. Counter is soapstone. Shelves are glass, supported by brass tubing. Mirror is a built-in Robern. Floor tiles are soapstone. Not shown is an antique cast iron corner tub. Notice the vintage scale and makeup mirror! Photo by Julia Gillard

Rethink Design Studio
Designer, Joel Snayd. Beach house on Tybee Island in Savannah, GA. This two-story beach house was designed from the ground up by Rethink Design Studio -- architecture + interior design. The first floor living space is wide open allowing for large family gatherings. Old recycled beams were brought into the space to create interest and create natural divisions between the living, dining and kitchen. The crisp white butt joint paneling was offset using the cool gray slate tile below foot. The stairs and cabinets were painted a soft gray, roughly two shades lighter than the floor, and then topped off with a Carerra honed marble. Apple red stools, quirky art, and fun colored bowls add a bit of whimsy and fun.

This kitchen features Super White hard marble with a polished finish.
Search "super white", see variations of this hard marble & granite, or other stone options: http://www.stoneaction.com
Why Super White is a hard marble and not a quartzite:
It mostly does perform like a quartzite or a granite. It’s a great stone. Geologically it does have some calcium carbonate & thus is a marble. A very hard marble. Even so, we have never noticed it etch, but since there’s some calcium carbonate we call it what it is – marble.
Some marbles are much harder than others, and the same goes for quartzite. Geologically speaking, it contains the mineral calcium carbonate, which is a defining feature of marble. However, it’s an extremely hard marble with a very low risk of etching or staining. In other words, it behaves like a quartzite.
You can only really be sure you are getting a hard or soft marble by going to a reputable stone supplier. We are the ones importing the stone directly and are knowledgeable about where the stone is coming from and what minerals it contains. We like all of our stones and we want you to be happy with the long term final outcome of your project!

Builders Direct Supply
Builders Direct Supply is proud to be the chosen Window and Door supplier on this high-profile project in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Corona Del Mar. The two homes feature four beautiful modern style units that were built by a reputable Builder in Orange County. The clever design by the Architect, who is an expert in the local market, combined with a Builder who has built multiple projects in the area in recent years, created 4 very efficient units. All of the units were quickly sold to excited buyers.
On this project we supplied Jeld-wen Siteline wood/clad windows and doors. Both the exterior clad and the interior Auralast pine wood were prefinished painted black in the factory. BDS also supplied massive, all aluminum 3, 4 and 5-panel La Cantina folding doors as well as 3 and 4 panel La Cantina sliding doors. The aluminum swing entry doors were also made by La Cantina.
Please call us for an appointment at (866) 430-7848 and ask us how we can help you with your project!
