This elegant dining room combines classic and modern elements for a striking, inviting space. White wainscoting and warm wood floors provide a timeless foundation, while a sculptural black-and-white chandelier adds sculptural interest overhead. A wood dining table with eight upholstered chairs anchors the room, and a vibrant abstract painting in pink, orange, white, and blue injects color and energy, creating a dynamic yet balanced dining environment. Home staging the teens' room by adding faux fur rugs and vanity stool to bring texture into the room. Wall art was added to bring a jet-setting cool vibe.

This living room needed both a TV viewing and a conversation area. With three entrances into the room, we designed the space to maintain traffic flow. Dividing the room in half allows access to the doorways and space to walk between each side. The TV area has seating for 5 with casual, drop-a-drink or put-your-feet-up tables and lots of texture and comfort.

Small farmhouse laundry room with LG Front load washer/dryer. Decorative tile backsplash to add a bit of color. Pental Quartz countertop concrete. Ikea grimslov kitchen cabinets for storage and undercounter lighting. Hanging rack for clothing and laundry storage basket.

This Boho bedroom lets this teen live her best life with the soft pink and gold accents. She can have her friends over to swing in the hanging chair or sit at her desk and get work done!

The family was looking for a formal yet relaxing entertainment space. We wanted to take advantage of the two-story ceiling height in the dining area, so we suspended a spectacular chandelier above the dining table. We kept a neutral color palette as the background, while using blues, turquoise, and yellows to create excitement and variety. The living room and dining room while standing out on their own, complement each other and create a perfect adult hangout area.

The mid-century slanted ceiling of the open dining room creates a cozy but spacious area for a custom 9' dining table made of reclaimed oak, surrounded by 8 matching vintage Windsor chairs painted in Farrow & Ball's Green Smoke. Vintage mid-century wicker pendant is echoed by Moroccan straw accents with the plant stand, and wall fan. A large French colorful agricultural map adds charm and an unexpected twist to the decor.

Filling a large great room is always a challenge. I used two large matching sofas and designed a large cocktail table to service both sofas. The table was made by Seth Woods.
The sofa fabric is contract grade to be child and pet friendly. The rug is polypropylene and very stain resistant as well.
The window treatments are sheer lined with sheer to filter the light and frame the window nicely.
The sofa table is a custom design. We wanted to bring a metal finish into the room and we wanted to place the 2 storage benches under it to conceal toys. The arched stretcher in the design allows for that. This was fabricated by Small Axe Forge and Daylight Cabinetry.
We used neutral tones and textures to keep the room calm and serene. The red accents were brought in to add warmth and depth.

Our Cass dining table is influenced by modern design and complemented by angular accents. A sleek table top is indicative of Cass's modern composition and of the craftsmanship that goes into making each table. Made of natural steel, the slightly angled legs leave plenty of space for a variety of chairs while the table top's subtle overhang makes it easy to neatly tuck chairs away when they're not in use. Enjoy a beautiful mix of materials that are enhanced by the timeless appeal of Cass.

This once unused bonus room was transformed into a wonderful new bedroom for a boy with lots of room to grow, play and have sleepovers. We took advantage of the attic space either side of the room by recessing the TV / storage area and also on the opposite side with the double desk unit. The room was separated by the sets of drawers that have custom headboards at the back of them, this helping with the great length of this room. Custom bookcase shelving was made for the window wall to also create not only depth but display as well. The clients as well as their son are enjoying the room!
