We chose a dynamic material palette of encaustic concrete tiles for the floor and locally hand-made ceramic tiles for the walls. Painted, rough-sawn beams create visual interest on the ceiling. The counters are solid, thick walnut slabs from locally felled trees.

Measuring 18’0” x 48’0”, the pool is 3’6” at the shallow end and has a 6’0” deep at the opposite end. The pool is equipped with an automatic safety cover with a custom stone walk-on lid system. The raised water feature has a raised brick wall with a curved capstone, Limestone-cladded basin and weir openings to create a unique spillway underneath the statuary. The stone and brick pick up the same elements from the house, providing symmetry in the space. Laminar flow fountain jets surround the perimeter of the pool, providing an additional vertical element to the space.

Our two-tone kitchen pantry wows in almondine and light walnut melamine. The pantry is designed for easy access and a variety of kitchen storage. With deep pantry shelving it's often difficult to tell what is at the back of the shelf. Spices and ingredients can go unnoticed and you may re-purchase items you already have. Adding a pull-out cabinet and organizer allows you to see the full length of the storage space and access all of your organized spices and canned goods, so the ingredients you need are never out of sight and out of mind. A section of pantry shelves with adjustable heights allows you to store all of your favorite boxed foods, whatever the size, from bulky cereal boxes to cake mixes. This design has full line bore, meaning that the shelves can be fully adjusted up and down the entire height of the pantry to easily suit your needs. Wicker baskets are great for fruits, vegetables and other perishables in the pantry. The baskets breathe to help keep those delicious ingredients fresh and ripe. Use them in a modern or traditional design to add some warmth and charm to your pantry for a homey feeling.

This gracious mountain home’s second floor invites guests to gather at a wet bar framed by ivory walls and taupe moldings. The same taupe has been applied to the cabinets to create a continuous flow. A chocolate brown marble countertop with cream and vanilla veining has a brushed finish, and the colors of the marble are repeated in the mosaic backsplash. A charcoal grey stone farm sink blends with the traditional bronze faucet and iron cabinet hardware. Restoration glass doors with lead caming add sparkle while keeping barware in view. Walnut-stained hardwood flooring grounds the space while a pair of drawings depicting tree tops complete it.
