This primary bathroom got a much needed upgrade! We infused color, texture, and warmth throughout this design. This full renovation included new green shower wall tile and terrazzo wall + floor tile, fresh paint, a custom-built vanity, new vanity countertop, all new brass plumbing fixtures, vanity mirrors and sconce lighting, custom shower glass wall + door, floating shelf, artwork, vintage Turkish rug, and bath accessories.

“Hale Navy Dockside” in New Seabury is a classic seaside beauty designed by patty Winberg and tracy Andrews. The clean crisp white inset signature custom cabinetry with all the bells and whistles is perfect for entertaining and happy hour! This L-shape space with a square chunky Blue Hale Navy island is great for parties and offers a beautiful contrast to the Viaterra muse Quartz countertops and mother of pearl backsplash.

Designed and built by Terramor Homes in Raleigh, NC. The kitchen cabinets were consciously chosen in classic farmhouse style. Pure white and designed to reach the ceiling, clean and simple inset doors with simple classic chrome hardware pulls make for an impressive statement. Soapstone was used on the perimeter, offering the aged traditional look you would find in a classic farm home. However, the island was topped with a slightly more modern white granite with beautiful gray movement to add interest and a hard, reliable prep surface. The island measures an impressive 7 feet by 10 feet, matches the same clean lines, but was custom painted in a deep grayed turquoise to make a statement. It serves 6 seats for everyday eating and conversation and also allows for full functionality while still enjoying all the activity and views surrounding anyone who is spending time the kitchen workspace. This kitchen proves small East sac bungalows can have high function and all the storage of a larger kitchen. A large peninsula overlooks the dining and living room for an open concept. A lower countertop areas gives prep surface for baking and use of small appliances. Geometric hexite tiles by fireclay are finished with pale blue grout, which complements the upper cabinets. The same hexite pattern was recreated by a local artist on the refrigerator panes. A textured striped linen fabric by Ralph Lauren was selected for the interior clerestory windows of the wall cabinets.

We removed some of the top cabinets and replaced them with open shelves. We also added geometric backsplash tiles and light sconces.

The entry foyer sets the tone for this Florida home. A collection of black and white artwork adds personality to this brand new home. A star pendant light casts beautiful shadows in the evening and a mercury glass lamp adds a soft glow. We added a large brass tray to corral clutter and a duo of concrete vases make the entry feel special. The hand knotted rug in an abstract blue, gray, and ivory pattern hints at the colors to be found throughout the home.
