This luxury apartment is decorated in a stylish snow white color that hints at relaxation and peace. All the furniture pieces we can see here are in white thanks to which the room always remains filled with daylight. Besides, the home space gets additional light from large windows, multiple beautiful lamps, and a few elegant wide mirrors that perfectly reflect the daylight entering the room through the window. A large space that was made narrow by a second staircase. We took the stairs out and turned it into the principle gathering space for the family, combining the functionalities of living room, great room, family room and media room.

Cabinet pulls are Top Knobs black bar pull. A 36" Thermardor hood is finished with 6" wood paneling and stained to match the clients decorative mirror. All other appliances are stainless steel: GE Cafe 36" gas range, GE Cafe 24" dishwasher, and Zephyr Presrv Wine Refrigerator (not shown). The GE Cafe 36" french door refrigerator includes a Keurig K-Cup coffee brewing feature. Kitchen counters are finished with Pental Quartz in "Misterio," and backsplash is 4"x12" white subway tile from Vivano Marmo. Pendants over the raised counter are Chloe Lighting Walter Industrial. Kitchen sink is Kohler Vault with Kohler Simplice faucet in black. In the living room area, the wood burning stove is a Blaze King Boxer (24"), installed on a raised hearth using the same wood paneling as the range hood. The raised hearth is capped with black quartz to match the finish of the United Flowteck stone tile surround. A flat screen TV is wall mounted to the right of the fireplace. Flooring is laminated wood by Marion Way in Drift Lane "Daydream Chestnut". Walls are finished with Sherwin Williams "Snowbound" in eggshell. Baseboard and trim are finished in Sherwin Williams "High Reflective White."

We made some small structural changes and then used coastal inspired decor to best complement the beautiful sea views this Laguna Beach home has to offer. The project aimed to design a modern living space for adults to relax and lounge. The room underwent a complete transformation with new wall colors, flooring, furnishings, and a custom bookshelf installation. The walls were painted in a deep blue color to create a sense of calm and sophistication while the custom-designed bookshelf provided plenty of space for books. The space was grounded by a black and white rug featuring a geometric pattern. The overall effect is a stylish and inviting living room that showcases our bay area interior design service as a balance of style and functionality.

Our design studio gave the main floor of this home a minimalist, Scandinavian-style refresh while actively focusing on creating an inviting and welcoming family space. We achieved this by upgrading all of the flooring for a cohesive flow and adding cozy, custom furnishings and beautiful rugs, art, and accent pieces to complement a bright, lively color palette. In the living room, we placed the TV unit above the fireplace and added stylish furniture and artwork that holds the space together. The powder room got fresh paint and minimalist wallpaper to match stunning black fixtures, lighting, and mirror.
