Thank you for your question, Anapawa. The Mega pavers shown here make up the top of the back of the bench. We used the smaller Dublin pavers of the same size turned on their side to line the front of the flower beds to keep the mulch and dirt from spilling out of the beds when it rained. It's a great solution for areas of the country that experience heavy rains. It also gives you a clean look visually.

The back portion is actually straight and smooth then topped with the Mega Bergerac pavers. We use the same pavers to top the firepit and for the pool coping. The cushions were custom made for the bench by UFO in Vista and I found some of these Sunbrella pillows also at UFO. They always have bins full of Sunbrella pillows for only $20. They also have regular pillows too that you can use indoors for sofas, beds, etc.

What pavers are used for the deck?

Thank you for your question Dede. Designing the bench was the easy part. After demo we found that the pipes for the pool would run under the bench so we had to dig below the pipes and build a secure bridge around them for protection. The ground was leveled and then we layed and layered the bricks in the shape you see and poured in concrete. The colored concrete was smoothed on the facing walls and the seat and the top of the back are called Mega pavers that were cut to size. We then measured the finished seat surface using brown paper we purchased at Home Depot in a large roll by taping it together and cutting it to size. Took cut pieces of paper representing each cushion to UFO, selected the fabric and had custom cushions in about 2 weeks. The company we used to build the bench as well as the entire patio, change out the fire pit and pool coping was Western Pavers. They did a wonderful job. It's quite the bench and we love it. We now use the backyard firepit area more than ever. Also the same Mega pavers were used on the top of the fire pit and the pool coping. Good luck and have fun with your project!

The pavers are Belgard Pavers and the color of the Belgard Dublin 3 piece pavers is "Toscana" for the band area. For the Belgard Dublin 4 piece it's also "Toscana" for the field area. The pool coping and seat wall is Mega Bergerac "Montecito" & a Bergerac circle kit: "Toscana". I hope this helps. Good luck with your project!

Thank you for question. We used the rust color for the cushions and the stripped brown, gold, rust for the cording.

Western Pavers in San Diego did the plans for the entire patio. I came up with the bench design and they drew it into the overall design. Once you have an overall design measure the area and just rough draw the bench in. This bench is 23 feet long. Good luck and have fun in the process!
