Fully encapsulated by tile and glass, the wet room features a free standing Maax tub, multi-function showering experience with Brizo Virage valves and body sprays as well as a useful corner seat.This project was a joint effort between J. Stephen Peterson, architect and Riddle Construction & Design.

    Thank you so much for the info! (just realized autocorrect changed my "How" to "who" @@) I'm doing the same layout and am being told there's no way to seal tub that's next to shower so that water will not seep through.

    ahh, just realized you said the only penetrations are drain and water line. Mine is a back to wall freestanding tub, so a two inch rim around bottom, but basically no back and no bottom aside from the two inch rim. Maybe that's the problem.

    Max Tub has a proprietary drain assembly that is shallow that allows for clearance, combined with the taper of the tub skirt/ tub it had just enough clearance.

    There has been no water leakage. As for cleaning, our client has made no negative comments about it.

    We used their ( Maax) brushed nickel since the faucet was brushed nickel. It matched well.
