Can I please use this photo? - Would it be okay for me to use this photo for a blog post about hardwood floors and the colors of fall? I'm happy to provide photo credit and include a link to either this page or your website.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Ventana Construction LLC added this to Construction Contracts: What Are General Conditions?
When a general contractor estimates the cost of a project, the goal is to capture all the costs of building — from preconstruction pricing to the cleaning service that washes the windows at the end. Most will charge directly for all costs directly attributable to the project, and then charge a markup to cover the overhead costs that are a result of general business operations not related to a specific project. What specifically are general conditions? They fall roughly into three categories: site management, material handling and project management.

the one thing are this image does really well is it shows space. The space is between the counters. it's shown because the thing you want most in a kitchen is space to work, and cook. that is why i think space is the best for this because it makes sence in there
