    So sorry, got side tracked with the election and to be honest just now seeing this question, The shrub in particular is the smokebush, latin Cotinus c. 'Young Lady'. Other shrubs providing a hedge next to adjacent property on right side, top to bottom are: Hydrangea 'Limelight', Crape Myrtle 'Miami', Rose of Sharon 'Minerva', Thanks for your question @amelieny1
