I'm sorry, I do not have record of the specific manufacturer or installer. This was an Idea House with Coastal Living (2007) therefore the products are chosen by the magazine or provided by sponsors. The only information I can find is that it was provided by Metal Roofing Alliance.

Try Lantern & Scroll (you can find them on here). That's where I went for my yoke light, and they had awesome customer service!

Sailcloth siding - Would you consider this a light yellow, cream or off white? I cannot tell in the picture and I am debating between Arctic white siding (which means all white house except for brick foundation/shutters/charcoal roof) or Sailcloth with Arctic White trim. Thanks for any recollection about how this appeared to you.

Apologies for the delay. The picture appears to have a yellow cast, but I recall the house being an off white.

This is the 2007 Coastal Living Idea House located at River Dunes in Oriental, North Carolina. Tragically, the home was destroyed by fire in 2010.

Here is one (not professional and taken on a dreary day) that should give you a sense of the rear side. There are two structures flanking the entry.

This house is really designed to have two fronts, one facing a formal entry or road (as shown in the non-pro photo I uploaded) and one facing the water or perhaps another great view! The floorplan is such that it can be oriented either way -- either side can serve as the "front".

Wow, Ashley, I can't believe we missed this question. Please accept our apology. It's actually not a paint, but a pre-finished siding. The specific product is HardiePlank 7.25" Smooth Lap siding in Sailcloth by James Hardie.

Hi kwpannell, it's actually not a paint, but a pre-finished siding. The specific product is HardiePlank 7.25" Smooth Lap siding in Sailcloth by James Hardie. The exterior trim is a product called AZEK Trimboards. I don't have specific information on the shutter colors. This home was the 2007 Coastal Living Idea House so much of the house was created with sponsored products. We are the architects of the home. Here is some more information about the home that may be useful to you. http://www.historicalconcepts.com/pdfs/RDCaptain.pdf

@Mitzi Toth - This was an Idea House for Coastal Living so many of the products were secured by the magazine. I've scoured their resource guide and don't see a listing that indicates the source. I can, however, tell you that a common brick we use in our work is Savannah Grey from Old Carolina Brick Company. Here's a link: http://www.handmadebrick.com/COLORS/

I'm afraid I don't have a record of the exact color. One that we use often, though, is Palladian Blue by Benjamin Moore.

Traditionally, southern porches are painted haint blue -- to ward of insects and, as some believe, haints (ghosts!). There is no hard and fast rule, but these are both painted blue.

Love that this reminds me of the homes in the bay in Point Clear near the Grand Hotel. Love the timeless feel...the home is gracious and inviting. Love everything about that area and the homes along the bay near the Grand Hotel.
