I did the work on the house, Matt was brought by the investor after the rough work was done to select flooring and wall colors as well as to do the staging.
Matt did NOT do the remodel on the house, I did.
My Personal name and my company name is on all the permits.

No that's NOT TRUE, Matt was brought by the investor (Tyson Wood) to select colors and flooring materials etc, Matt also did the staging, but he did NOT do the remodel work, I did.
Look at the name on the permits and see who's name is on it.
