Seven Gables Farmhouse Kitchen, Boston

An open floor plan between the Kitchen, Dining, and Living areas is thoughtfully divided by sliding barn doors, providing both visual and acoustic separation. The rear screened porch and grilling area located off the Kitchen become the focal point for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. Custom cabinetry and millwork throughout are a testament to the talents of the builder, with the project proving how design-build relationships between builder and architect can thrive given similar design mindsets and passions for the craft of homebuilding.
Example of a country l-shaped dark wood floor kitchen design in Boston with a farmhouse sink, beaded inset cabinets, white cabinets, multicolored backsplash, mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an island — Houzz

Teakwood Builders, Inc.

The island is Super White Quartzite, a very popular quartzite that echos the color and veining of marble, but requires less care. This particular piece is from Capital Stone in Albany, NY.

Hello! Apologies but
we do not know the name of the hardware.

visit their page too.

Can you tell me width(measurements) from stove and range to island? - Please can you tell me distance from range to ISland, I am designing a kitchen for my new home but contractor says has to be like 3 or 4 ft an I do not want that far. I understand codes can vary.

Assuming a single family home, this wouldn't be as much of a code issue as it is function. Typically we will allow for 48 inches between an island and a sink/counter and more at a range if possible. 42" is a minimum dimension that works comfortably.
