Do you remember what the spacing width was for the standing seams? 16"? 12"?

Do you recall what manufacturer and color roof you used? This doesn't look like paint grip, so I am guessing it is a Berridge Charcoal or some other color by another manufacturer?

There are actually no roof valleys in this project. Gutters catch the water at all locations and transfer it to the ground through downspouts. There are low slope roofs between the primary volumes of the house, which also drain to gutters.

That's great to know that there are actually no valleys on this roof. The metal looks beautiful, and I would love to get my home re-roofed to look like this. It really helps to have those rain gutters around to catch all of the water. http://www.slaughter-roofing.com/services/

Everything is manufactured by EFCO and is thermally broken aluminum. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls are curtainwall, and the punched openings and operable units are 2” profile windows.

The stone is a "cream limestone" from a local quarry in Florence, Texas.

I'm sorry, but due to privacy issues, we can't share project cost information. If there was a particular part of the house you had a cost question about (per SF), we can share what information we have.

The metal roofing material is a double-lock standing seam roof - the generic type is steel w/ a galvalume base coating and kynar painted finish. The manufacturer of the panels themselves wasn't critical to us as they are available from a variety of manufacturers.

This recess provides sheltered access through a side door, but I could see the area underneath being used as a shady sitting space for someone not taking a dip.

like white color of the concrete. Maybe would like it even better if it had smaller pieces / more saw cuts? but def like the whiter color of the concrete. Kind of like that application with the little stones in between the slabs too - I wouldn't want a ton of that (and maybe its cleaner without any) but maybe we could do something like that in a small area just for an accent...?
