Olive and pink: The color palette is perfect for the young girl with discriminating taste. Deep green drapery and coronet keeps the pink wall from feeling saccharine-sweet yet making this little lady feel like the princess of her castle.

This is a great example of a girl's room that is done in pink and green without having to be too, too pretty. The pink is definitely girly. However the olive and light green shades in the drapery and pillows lend a sense of strength to the space.
