Staircase - mid-sized beach style painted straight wood railing staircase idea in Atlanta with painted risers

Sleeping Loft

Beach Style Staircase, Atlanta

A nautical collage adorns the wall as you emerge into the light and airy loft space. Family photos and heirlooms were combined with traditional nautical elements to create a collage with emotional connection. Behind the white flowing curtains are built in beds each adorned with a nautical reading light and built-in hideaway niches. The space is light and airy with painted gray floors, all white walls, old rustic beams and headers, wood paneling, tongue and groove ceilings, dormers, vintage rattan furniture, mid-century painted pieces, and a cool hangout spot for the kids. Wall Color: Super White - Benjamin Moore Floor: Painted 2.5" porch-grade, tongue-in-groove wood. Floor Color: Sterling 1591 - Benjamin Moore Yellow Vanity: Vintage vanity desk with vintage crystal knobs Mirror: Target Collection of gathered art and "finds" on the walls: Vintage, Target, Home Goods (some embellished with natural sisal rope)

Splash of yellow - What color paint was used on the yellow desk and chair? It's very cheerful.

Drapery panel treatment - Hi! I love this house! Can you tell me how you did the rope hanging treatment for the drapery panels for the bunk beds? I plan to try this in our home. I would also like photos if they're available! Thank you!

Love everything about this. - Is there anywhere I can see and or purchase the floor plans? Does it have a third floor? Master downstairs? We just purchased a lot on a lake and are looking to build next year.

Width of stairs - We are considering an attic renovation and my husband is concerned the existing stairs are too narrow. What's the minimum stair width we could get by with? Ours are 30". Any comments or ideas? Thanks.
