Try Hancock and Moore Wallace tufted chair. I have that chair and matching ottoman and it looks just like this one.

where is the chandelier from? how much

To those that feel all resources should be shared. Our clients hire us to create one of a kind spaces and homes. We would be crossing the lines of trust to share the resources that we have been hired to provide. Thank you for your understanding.

You should believe in yourself and the ability to create one of a kind. Just because someone may choose the same chandelier , wood stain, or any aspect of creation ….cannot be duplicated in some other person's home. Certainly not helping yourself get more business.

What size are the beams used for the mantle? (8x8)? is there electric?

  • PRO
    JLF & Associates, Inc.
Matt: The mantel lookout timbers are 6-7 X 6-7" hand hewn the mantle is 8 X 12 or so - Often times we do add a switched outlet to a mantle. the size should be dependent on the firebox opening and scale of the room. Hope that helps.

I take it you are asking about the lookouts at the fireplace mantle. There are attached to the fireplace core using steel angles and anchors in the concrete core.

You have to pay attention to who posts the pictures on Houzz. This is an architect firm. They would be happy to answer any questions regarding the design or infrastructure of the house. Just a tip!
