Lenox House DesignThis Mudroom doubles as a laundry room for the main level. Large Slate Tiles on the floor are easy to clean and give great texture to the space. Custom lockers with cushions give each family member a space for their belongings. A drop zone/planning center is a great place for mail and your laptop. A custom barndoor hung from the ceiling in a gray wash slides across the stackable washer and dryer to hide them when not in use. The shiplap walls are painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove. Full sized stacked washer and dryer fit perfectly with left over space for adjustable shelves to hold supplies. When you open the custom cabinetry you will be surprised at what you find. This renovation not only included the appliances but they went a step further adding a pull out shelf for your laundry use. This is a unique design idea for any small laundry space.

Laura Natkins, ArchitectMy client wanted to be sure that her new kitchen was designed in keeping with her homes great craftsman detail. We did just that while giving her a “modern” kitchen. Windows over the sink were enlarged, and a tiny half bath and laundry closet were added tucked away from sight. We had trim customized to match the existing. Cabinets and shelving were added with attention to detail. An elegant bathroom with a new tiled shower replaced the old bathroom with tub.
