@thebuilderdepot, these tiles are a handmade crackle ceramic tile, not glass. There is a huge difference between the two, which is quite evident even in a photograph. Glass tiles give a sleek modern look, while handmade ceramic tiles are more traditional and homey looking.

Hi Diana Bier Interiors, LLC. I honestly could not tell from the small picture. But yes handmade Porcelain is a beautiful tile. Especially the crackle look. The handmade tiles do give a very traditional look. Stunning!

We make handmade porcelain one with crackle as well, a Dove gray not the same look as this, our Antique white would be the closest look for $8.50 a square foot.

Whisper White Handmade Porcelain Tile $8.50 a Square Foot

Dove Gray Crackle Handmade Porcelain Tile for $8.50 a square foot

Antique Porcelain Tile for $8.50 a square foot.

If you all can get back to the original post, there were several links from Contributing Editors- in the link that talks about “Jeff wanted separate Viking refrigerator and freezer...” That artisle has all the specifics of brands and colors you are requesting...

I suspect there is a butlers pantry through one of those doors. Looks like a wine fridge to the left so perhaps more cabinets there.

It looks like the hood is mounted in front of the window and the base of the hood lines up with the bottom of the window. It would be very awkward to clean that window and the window would get grimy, I think, from being over the cooking area (even with the fan on). It's a compromise and the homeowners must have felt it was worth the maintenance challenge.

Separate refrigerator and freezer. Tried and true, the combination of a clean up island with a food prep and storage wall unit is functional and pleasing to the eye. Separate fridge and freezer towers frame the range in this kitchen to create an eye-catching focal point. Access from nearby rooms makes it easy to grab something from the fridge without interrupting the cooking process. The island holds the cleanup area, with two pendants to illuminate the workspace or eating area.

Becky Harris added this to Houzz Tour: Farmhouse Style With an Unusual InspirationFeb 5, 2013

Jeff wanted a separate Viking refrigerator and freezer, which afforded Mattingly the opportunity to set up a symmetrical kitchen with unique workstations. A wet pantry is just off the kitchen to the left, near the refrigerator; a dry pantry is to the right, near the freezer. "There are three or four unique work triangles formed by this configuration; we planned it out so that people would not get in each other's way while working in the kitchen," the architect says.Countertops: Calacatta Gold marble; pendant lights: Meurice, Jonathan Adler; backsplash tile: 3-by-6 in pumice, Architectonics

Make mine an espresso with steamed milk on top. Flipping the previous kitchen's color scheme on its head, this stunning space has dark espresso floors with cream-hued walls and crisp white cabinets. The champagne-colored subway tiles are more glamorous than standard white and tie the look together perfectly.

Do we want/need cabinets on each side of range hood or tile only? DO like how cabinets go up to ceiling, so align with the range hood.
