Wondering if we could use the image (slightly cropped and credited to you, of course) as a beautiful example of wooden fencing for a pool? We're doing a blog article on different kinds of protective barriers for children. That stain with the lighter stone is stunning!

Will it be possible to go into a paint shop and ask their expertize with the stain color? Seems like no one is replying.

10% plus 2' is a general rule of thumb for post footing depth. i.e. A 12' tall post, 10% = 1.2', add 2' to this = 3.2'. This is a general min. depth you should dig.

Consider a stepped design. If it seems like too much to have a tall privacy fence all the way around your yard, consider going with a stair-step design to get privacy just where you need it. For instance, you could have a taller section of fence around your seating area and hot tub, and lower fencing beside the lawn.

I love the look of this - the staggered fence/wall, how it’s horizontal instead of vertical, a bit taller, and looks beautiful.
