I dont. Its likely a high quality engineered floor. Radiant heat installations need to have high quality engineered floors above them. If you have any other flooring questions please feel free to use me as a resource.

Can you tell me the the exact name of these engineered floors? Who makes them? What color are they?

Previous comments on the photo show its an Engineered Oak plank. Its likely Euro stock White Oak. The grain pattern is Live Sawn. Its very pretty!

Thank you for your kind words. The flooring is engineered oak boards, with underfloor heating and which our client sourced.

Is that an Oiled finish over the flooring?

Thank you for your question. The countertops are English slate and Quartz Grigio Venato. Do let us know if we can be of any further help.

Stephen I'm seeing blue countertops...is that correct? Is that the slate of quartz? ...and lastly, are they available in Amreica? Thank you!

They are custom made - our client sourced the fabric.

What is the hardware system used along with the custom fabric? Do you have a source?

It looks like Black Walnut with a whitewash or pickled/fumed finish. Here is a regular walnut floor floor for comparison.

This flooring is engineered oak boards, with underfloor heating. A specialist flooring company would be able to advise you in more depth about the suitability of wood flooring for a beach house... maybe try joel@oakandbroad.com as he offers flooring advice on Houzz.

We did not carry out the decorating on this project, so unfortunately we are unable to answer your question. Should you have any questions regarding the kitchen, please do ask. Many thanks for looking.

These roman blinds were custom made. I believe our client sourced the fabric, quite possibly with the help of an interior designer. Thank you for looking.

The walls are planked with poplar planed boards onto counter-battens.

Kitchen at a GlanceWho lives here: Hugh and Ruth Pittman Location: Trebarwith Strand, Cornwall, EnglandIn keeping with the style of the property, Graver opted for a relaxed beach-house feel. “The finished kitchen is certainly robust enough for rental purposes, but it’s also a very calming and charming room that’s perfectly in tune with its surroundings,” he says. The soft lines of the country-style accessories enhance the Shaker-style cabinets, while the neutral palette, peppered with soft blues, references the property’s coastal surroundings. Graver used Farrow & Ball’s Parma Gray on the kitchen island, capturing the sea colors nearby.
