This beautiful tropical home built on Kauai's south shore takes a modern approach to tropical design. The teak columns are square, the eves are stained an ebony and the roofing is shaker. We wanted each space to feel open and the indoor-outdoor design to be carried throughout the home. Each bedroom opens up to the exterior lanai areas and both the master suite bathrooms open to private courtyards and outdoor showers. The main lanai is a mixture of teak and porcelain creating a modern and natural atmosphere. The infinity edge pool has a swim-up bar, aqua lounge area, and seamless spa.

The Brighton is a 4 bedroom, 5 and one half bath model home with 6,326 square feet under air featuring a Great Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Kitchen with Cafe Area, and Study. The Family Room and Nook open up to the outdoor living area leading to the pool, spa, and Summer Kitchen, allowing for a total square footage of 9,954 square feet. The Master Suite also opens up to a Master Retreat for a cozy outdoor living experience. Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design, London Bay’s award-winning in-house design studio, the Brighton will feature a Classic American design highlighted by an artful mix of chic and rustic elements and textural fabrics in tonal neutrals. The ambience of this cliff top property is purposely designed with pure living comfort in mind while it is also a perfect sanctuary for entertaining a large party. The luxurious kitchen has amenities that reign in harmony with contemporary Balinese decor, and it flows into the open stylish dining area. Dynamic traditional Balinese ceiling juxtaposes complement the great entertaining room that already has a highly decorative full-size bar, compelling wall bar table, and beautiful custom window frames. Various vintage furniture styles are incorporated throughout to represent the rich Balinese cultural heritage ranging from the primitive folk style to the Dutch Colonial and the Chinese styles.
