The landscape contractor is responsible for all aspects of grounds maintenance including: mowing, edging, weeding, perennial care, leaf clean up, pruning and snow removal. Expectations are high on this site and many of the homeowners are very passionate about the landscape and its care. And while the contract is with the property management company, site personnel must also be responsive to the 126 homeowners that are also the customer. The rolling hills and surrounding woodlands add ambiance to the community, but also challenges, with wildlife and leaf removal and encroaching weeds and plants from these native areas.
