Graymoment - I think you are right about the paint and screw heads. In that case this may be nothing more than Hardie panel in the most basic smooth form. No fake wood grain. Still looks very nice, but I personally don't like Hardie all that much. Sorry to mislead on the Richlite, but it is a very cool siding material so I hope the info was enlightening.

Thank everyone for input on this siding. I'm about to begin new construction and EVERYTHING new in my area is craftsman, which is nice, but I'm tired of it. I'm trying to do something more modern, yet economical. I love the width of these boards, and love the smoothness. I hate the fake wood grain on hardi plank.

What is the color of this house and who makes it? Thanks..

I'd love to know the color as well, or maybe something you'd recommend as a close match. Great color, great house! Thanks for sharing on Houzz.

8. Lime Green Door With a Dark Gray ExteriorAlthough dark gray is a neutral, it's superdramatic as an exterior color. If you want your front door to get any attention, it needs its own dramatic color — like this bright lime green. If you go with a palette like this, keep the trim simple in either black or white.

Doesn't really work for our house. Avoid too dark a grey.
