The paint or stain color is often mixed for a specific job according to what a client wants. Sometimes it takes trial and error to come to the desired color. It's not always a matter of picking out a paint chip, which is just a starting point.

3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths in the main house, and a guest house with full bath in the rear yard. There's also a den / office on the main level and a loft / common area on the upper level.

Split-rail fence. Not just for barnyards, a split-rail fence has a charmingly rustic look that can provide the ideal frame for your farmhouse. To boost curb appeal, choose a low split-rail fence that enhances rather than blocks the view of your home.

Simple. Could be refined. Even as is it would work w native plants and simple porch nicely. We are not trying to block anyone's of you, we like that you will see the garden through the fence, I just want to connect the house to the land and make the entry ass more dramatic with a fence.
