This tile is a common variety of slate. I simply purchased 18" x 18" slate stone and ripped it down to 9" x 18" pieces. I then had my tile installer lay it on a horizontal brick pattern on the shower walls and tub surround. As for the floors they are the same exact material that has not been ripped down. Slate can usually be found at any flooring supplier and often times has a reasonable price point as opposed to other natural stone materials.
