What is the brand of fridge

  • smadfred
That is a refrigerator made by GE Monogram. No longer made but closest match today would be ZFSB25DXSS

Over Red Oak? It looks great. Flat sawn oak, just not sure the species.

The countertops are absolute honed black and island is gray bone concrete.

never seen that done without completely taking it down, but I have seen pendants retrofitted to hang from recessed lights.

Thanks. The legs and caps were ordering from the cabinetry company. This is not something that could be ordered without designing a kitchen from the company. Sorry! Wish I could help more.

          What Houzz contributors are saying:

Kathryn Peltier Design added this to Get the Look of a Built-in Fridge for LessJun 7, 2013

This kitchen utilizes a very effective way to incorporate a deep refrigerator: The cabinets are stepped, for a very custom look. From the corner to the left of the refrigerator, the cabinets are typical sizes: 12 inches deep on top; 24 inches deep on the bottom. Next comes the upper cabinets and the appliance garage unit, probably 15 to 18 inches deep. The deepest cabinet is around the refrigerator, with display cabinets above. On the end is a tall open cabinet that creates an interesting visual display as one enters the kitchen. Note that this cabinet is actually pulled back a few inches from the refrigerator depth, so it continues the stepped look and also makes that corner a little less intrusive.

Open shelving mimics built-ins and allows you to store cookbooks and collectibles in plain sight. Keep a sturdy step stool in a fun color nearby to reach the items easily.

Above fridge - We could open it into four cubbies to break up the space. My preference is doors below, open above. JB-agree doors and open above.
