Hi! The rod hooks that snap in to the brackets are a component that works with the Organized Living freedomRail system (shown in this image). They snap in to support the chrome clothes rods. You can find the rood hooks separately, ( http://organizedliving.com/home/products/freedomrail/components/clothes-rod )but they do not work with other systems, only freedomRail brackets. If you need help with them, we're here. Contact customerservice@organizedliving.com. Thanks!

Hi Tracey, the wall with the drawers is around 98 inches. However, product on the wall extends to 84 inches to give room for the other wall. Make sense? And, the other wall is about 90 inches, it extends out a little further than the pic. However, just so you know, all of our shelving can be cut to fit any space. Hope that helps! 11. Label containers. Boxes and baskets are great for storing lesser-used accessories and seasonal items, such as hats and gloves. But do take the time to label them all — it will take the guesswork out of remembering what’s in each one (just make sure you match the contents to the labels and don’t move items around). Alternatively, consider transparent boxes. The clear sides will help you spot the items inside without having to dig through each box.
