    Hi, the faucet is by hansgrohe axor and it's called the Citterio semi-pro 39840001. The sink is a fairly generic dual basin sink, this one by Gemini sink. We purchased the sink directly through Gemini and the faucet was purchased locally though TapsBath in Toronto. Thanks for the question
