Black Crown Molding?

- We're getting ready to paint our cabinets white, we have blackish counter tops, same color of flooring you have here, and Clay colored walls. We considered your idea of the black crown molding. Our kitchen is small u-shaped. Would this make it look smaller? By the way, we have painted the front of the bar black, where the stools are.

    Great question. With all of the warm tones in this room and sounds like in your kitchen too, the black acts like more of an accent than a dominant color. Therefore, it doesn't make anything feel smaller. Have you completed your project? If so, how did it turn out and do you think it feels smaller?

    Hi Misty, it is a 30” gas range, Jenn Air stainless steel slide-in, #JGS8860BDPSS. This was back in 2006, so the specification may have changed.
